Prepaid Virtual Credit Card Registration

Prepaid visa virtual card is a gift card. That means it can be used with any name and address. This way, in most cases it's not necessary to register your card. Most merchants will process your card without you having to register it. However, some high risk merchants may require a card to be registered before processing your transaction. In some case, a merchant may not be configured to accept gift cards. In this case, registration is necessary as well.
